Julia, now in her 6th semester of teacher training, has solid CAD skills from her prior technical product design training, which she applies in her bachelor's project. She draws inspiration from everyday problems, transforming them into innovative solutions. Her greatest strength is her excellent time management, allowing her to complete projects efficiently and on time. She particularly celebrated the introductory product design course, which reignited her passion for the field.

A product designed to optimize physical education outside the sports hall.
What is your work about?
It revolves around developing a mobile cart that enables high-quality physical education outside the sports hall, without much hassle or heavy lifting.
What particularly motivated or inspired you to pursue this project?
Working in schools inspired me. There, I witnessed how the lack of gym time or renovation work led to canceled physical education classes, despite the importance of movement.
How have you grown in your process?
I've grown by questioning every detail to eliminate unnecessary elements.
Were there any specific challenges you overcame?
Yes, building prototypes was challenging. As a CAD designer, I initially thought prototypes were overrated. However, I realized that experiencing it in real life and seeing the dimensions was crucial for generating new ideas.
What are the next steps for the project?
I'm looking to partner with schools to address the need for physical education opportunities outside the gym. If there's significant interest, I'm prepared to manufacture additional units to ensure minimal disruption to physical education classes.
