She has developed personally over the course of her studies. The exchange with many personalities enriches her - from those closest to her to the people she meets at work or on the street. She appreciates the flexibility that her degree programme has given her. This wonderful time is now coming to an end for her with great experiences, many challenges, a wealth of knowledge, deep friendships and a great deal of anticipation for the time ahead.
Drink more - learn better
"Concept to encourage pupils' drinking behaviour" Participatory co-design project with the Montessori School Münster
What is your project about?
Our co-design project is a participatory, open-ended process. The aim is to develop a product together with 5 pupils from the Montessori school on the following design question: "How can we encourage healthy drinking behaviour at school and combine the availability of water with motivational measures?"
We use social research methods for this. Our work focusses on our co-designers, who enrich our project with their resources as experts in their own living environment. Together with them, we develop a concept, which we then transform into a design and test and further develop throughout the school in an iterative process.
What inspired you in particular?
The collaboration with our co-designers was a particularly moving part of our process. Each week we had a lot of fun in our joint workshops. We are delighted that we will be able to make a real difference at school in the future and motivate pupils to drink water. Working so closely with our target group throughout the project gave us the opportunity to design our product as appropriately and effectively as possible.
Why did you decide to work as a team?
We decided to work as a team because we believe that we can complement and complete each other on a personal level as well as with our design skills. Working together greatly enriches our process and gives us the opportunity to dive deep into the subject and work in a versatile way.
