What is your project about?
Our work addresses the high protein consumption that many average fitness enthusiasts strive for. It explains why it is necessary for the goal of muscle growth and what a healthy diet could look like long term.
What inspired you in particular?
In the field of sports nutrition, one is practically inundated with high-protein products. Hobby athletes use a variety of protein supplements; often without being aware of their contents or benefits.
We want to slow down the fitness trend and create an opportunity to approach the goal of a healthy lifestyle with the right knowledge about supplements and the wide range of protein-rich foods.
How did you grow during the process?
We experience personal growth through the exchange of new ideas. The support and expertise from each other also strengthened us enormously and ensures continuous improvement of our work.
Why did you decide to work as a team?
When we were working on a past project, we were able to fully rely on each other's support. What we enjoy most is finding new ways to implement ideas together as a team and combine our strengths.
Were there challenges you had to overcome?
Are we going to the gym every single day? Of course not. Some days you don't feel like training and some days you lack creativity for the project. If you have a project partner, you guys will push each other, even on the bad days. However, this has the disadvantage that one sometimes over-commits.
